Tonic Vinegar Skin Toner Recipe: a "must" for Mature skin is more efficient when an organic apple cider vinegar is used. It will cleanse and restore the skin, restrict the dilated pores, and improve the circulation making sure the whole skin receives nutrients it needs.

Ingredients;

1 small bunch of Rosemary
1 or 2 peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon of Ginger grated
1 or 2 clove heads
1 cup of Cider vinegar

Instructions; Place the rosemary, ginger, gloves and pepper in a ceramic or glass bowl.

Bring the vinegar to a boil. Pour the vinegar over the herbal mixture in the bowl.

Cover and let the mixture stand for two days. Strain the mixture and decant into a sterilized bottle. Mix 1/2 of distilled water with 1/2 herbal vinegar in a dark glass bottle with a spray.

The question is, why does skin wrinkle? As you grow older, your body produces fewer of the hormones that keep skin healthy and supplies less oil, protein and natural moisturizing factors which attract and hold water in the skin. This process tends to make the skin drier, you need to keep your skin well moisturized in order to be soft and elastic. The skin needs to be more elastic to have less the chances of it stretching, distorting and breaking underlying fibres.

Happy Natural skin care Making! Marlene Daniels

Bananas Burst With Healthy Benefits

While bananas are the most popular fruit on the planet - outdistancing both apples and oranges - few people know enough about this variety of plantain to make full use of its extraordinary qualities. This article explores how you can get the most from this deliciously healthful fruit.

Great food value in a small package. One medium banana contains a good dose of fiber, potassium, vitamins C and B6 and a whole lot more...

Weighing in at about 100 calories for a medium bananas - you get a ton of value for that smidgen of energy. Most of the calories come from its three sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose. Studies show two bananas provides enough energy to fuel a full 90 minutes of heavy activity - making bananas the favorite snack of top athletes. Even better, bananas are digested in such a way as to release that energy slowly so there's no "rush and crash" effect. But that's not all...

Feeling bad? Can't sleep? Eat a banana. Bananas pack in all eight essential amino acids our bodies need. One of these, tryptophan, helps you sleep and also helps combat depression. Your body uses tryptophan to produce serotonin. Serotonin helps you relax and improves your mood. Serotonin is a natural "happy pill". And that's just the beginning.

Bananas can be used to ease a number of ills including Morning Sickness, Heartburn, PMS, Mosquito bites and even hangovers. They help control blood sugar levels (low blood sugar can cause morning sickness) so it's an ideal food to keep handy for diabetics.

Got heartburn? Bananas act like an antacid to smooth out upset stomachs.

Nervous? The B vitamins in bananas have a calming effect.

Bitten by insects? Eat a banana and then rub the inside of the skin on the bite. It's prized for reducing the irritation and swelling. Some say if you tape a piece of banana skin to a wart it will die.

Bothered by High Blood Pressure? Low in sodium and a good source of potassium, bananas are part of the healthy diet necessary to keep hypertension in check. Research also suggests bananas can lessen the risk of stroke.

Constipated? The fiber in bananas can help. Coupled with bran flakes, many folks can move to a regular schedule in no time.

Bananas as brain food? Yep. At least one informal study in England suggests eating bananas can improve exam performance. Did the bananas calm exam takers? Or maybe they supplied the energy needed to concentrate. some point the to potassium, saying it helped keep students focused. While more study is needed, a little banana power can't hurt.

Suffering from a hangover? Forget the "hair of the dog" Eat a banana and drink plenty of water. Since dehydration and potassium depletion are the primary causes of your headache an nausea, 16 oz. of water and a medium banana will go a long way to restoring your body to normal. For best results have your banana and water before going to bed.

For overall healthy eating it's hard to beat the banana as a staple for your diet. They keep well for reasonable periods of time, are very portable and comes in it's own natural disposable package. Few foods carry all the nutrients found in a single banana that help you stay healthy in so many ways. So go ahead - have a banana.

Buy Banana Trees, Banana Bulbs and Banana Plants For Spring Planting

Banana trees are easy to grow fast to a fruiting size from field grown banana bulbs. Gardeners find it fascinating that a tropical look can be grown in Northern states by starting out by planting large field grown, banana bulbs or either mature giant banana trees. Vigorous growth on newly planted banana trees usually begins a week or two after replanting, and during the summer months a field grown banana tree can grow a foot in height every week, especially in July and August, when the temperatures exceed 90 degrees F. and the daylight period is extended. Watering of newly planted banana trees can damage the plant, if the watering is done before the second new leaf appears; Two or three weeks after the initial planting.

After the banana plant leafs out, daily watering can accelerate the maturity of the plant, and in TyTy, GA when temperatures exceed 95 degrees F, banana trees are watered two or three times every day, resulting in a surge of growth, 17 ft. in some banana cultivars in only four months time. The rapid fast grown of banana trees goes unmatched by any other plant or tree in the U.S., even bamboo plants. In a matter of four months a banana tree can increase in total weight to one thousand pounds, including the weight of the offsets.

In addition to the benefit of flooding the banana trees with water, fertilizer and decaying organic material, such as rotting leaves, magazines and newspapers, and the nutrients are absorbed by the roots of the banana plant, like water is absorbed by a sponge - Newspapers and Magazines spread out above the roots of the banana trees benefit the tree growth by preventing weed competition and providing a favorable growth environment for congregations of insects, fungi, bacteria and worms, all of which degrade the organic material, and many complex minerals and inorganic chemicals that are recycled into manageable nutritional growth supplements by these earth dwelling creatures.

The chemical compounds of the element potassium seem especially favorable to the growth of banana trees- 40% potash applied directly to the soil. Fertilize with concentrated ammonium nitrate fertilizer that contains about 30% nitrogen in the elemental stage. Ammonium Phosphate will supply the element phosphorous that anchors the plant roots well into the grounds that prevents the banana tree from breaking over from the weight of the newly formed banana bunches during the Fall. The application of nitrogen to banana trees often will cause extreme acceleration of stem and leaf growth, and the intensification of a deep green leaf color can be easily seen on the day following fertilization, if the banana trees were chlorotic. Magnesium sulfate (Epsom Salts) and chelated iron are also dramatic stimulators to banana trees on sandy southern soils, where those chemical elements are often deficient. Slag which is a residual inexpensive biproduct in the manufacture of iron and will recover most mineral deficient soils to an acceptable fertility level for banana tree vigor.

Cold hardiness quality has been monitored in TyTy, Georgia since the zero degree F freeze in January of 1983, when some banana trees that were growing before the freeze they were found to be cold hardy temperature to zero degrees F. Other cultivars of banana trees that survived temperatures much below freezing were collected from freezes in Wichita Falls, Texas, and named "Texas Star" banana trees, and still another cultivar collected from snow capped Kilimanjaro Mountain in Africa. The introduction and advertising of cold hardy banana trees through National magazines in the early 1980s was an instant success, and for many years, there was a demand for all types of banana trees that could not be filled. That initial introduction of cold hardy banana trees has now stimulated the planting of this choice tropical tree to many states and overseas markets. Some major wholesale banana growers now grow containerized banana trees from tissue culture germ plasm.

Many clones of these tissue culture, banana tree cultivars have "run out", just like strawberry plants, Canna lily cultivars, and many others. These "run out" clones of banana tree plants are weakly growing, stunted plants and usually form offsets that have pointed, sword shaped leaves that etiolate and shrivel in size after separation from the mother banana plant. Field grown banana trees normally produce offsets that have rounded leaves that can be safely separated from the mother banana plant after the appearance of the third leaf. Tissue culture banana production-line plants offered an endless supply of mailorder small plants, but they rarely grew into acceptable fruit producers. Even the potted banana plants grown from tissue culture in greenhouses produced octopus-like clumps of banana offsets surrounding the mother banana plant, that parasitically drained the energy from the mother plant and they rarely fruited. Field grown banana plants will outgrow tissue culture grown banana plants 10 to 1, and larger bulbs of field grown banana plants will fruit more frequently.

In rating cold hardy banana plants, the Chinese banana tree is number one, followed by ensete banana cultivars, however, the ensete banana trees will not produce offsets unless decapitated, in situ, which forces the mother plant to multiply vegetatively. This phenomenon is often observed in many crinum lily cultivars that do not produce offsets or seed, since they are hybrids. Most commonly, ensete banana tree cultivars are seed forming, and commercially are produced by planting ensete banana seed.

Banana Diet - Can Losing Weight Really Be So Simple?

If you want to lose weight you've probably heard of the banana diet. However you may have dismissed the diet is being too simple to be effective. Weight loss should be complicated, shouldn't it?

The banana diet is the simplest diet in the world. There's really not much to learn about it. However despite its simplicity, it's powerfully effective. In the past four months, I've lost 25 pounds on the banana diet, and have made just one change to my diet.

1. Why I Love the Banana Diet

Here is the banana diet in a sentence: eat bananas and drink room temperature water for your breakfast. That's it, that's the entire diet. That's why I love the banana diet -- you can remember it, it doesn't take any time at all, and you lose weight.

Of course there's a little more to the diet. Here's the rest of it: you should eat normally for your other meals, and you should go to bed before midnight.

2. How Much Can You Expect to Lose?

I have several clients on the banana diet. They're losing around the same amount of weight that they would lose on more conventional diets, which is around two pounds a week. One client has lost almost 100 pounds so far; she has another 100 pounds to lose. She's excited at her success, and so am I.

That said how much you lose on the diet depend on how much weight you have to lose in total. Why not give the banana diet try? You'll find that you lose weight within the first few days, and what's more you'll feel great.

In fact, that's the major benefit of the banana diet: you'll feel energetic and well and will have lots of energy. One of my clients recently said to me that she had no intention of ever giving up eating bananas for breakfast, because it makes her feel so great for the rest of the day, and she sleeps like a baby.

3. Is the Banana Diet Good for You?

Bananas are packed with nutrients, so the banana diet is good for you. Eating a couple of bananas a day, can actually lower your blood pressure. Since you're eating a normal diet for the rest of the day, the diet is not restrictive. Try it yourself, you'll soon see that you have more energy. I'll be surprised if you decide to try any other form of weight loss.

So can weight loss really be so simple? Yes it can, try the banana diet yourself and you'll soon become a convert and will lose weight effortlessly.

Milk Protein Shakes

Do you want to learn how to create delicious protein shakes? Making protein shakes is a skill. For many fitness enthusiasts, consuming protein shakes is a daily affair. So it's important to learn how to make delicious protein shakes to ensure that there is enough variety.

The most common approach you will see is to mix the protein powder with cold water or milk. Read the nutritional label to find out how many scoops of powder you need to add to make a single serving. Usually, it's about 2 to 3 scoops.

However, if you just mix milk or water with the powder, you won't get a frosty drink. All you get is a chilled drink. If that's what you prefer, than stick with this recipe. But if you prefer a more frothy shake, you have to add other ingredients.

One ingredient you can consider adding is bananas. Many athletes like to eat bananas before and after a competitive event because bananas can help prevent muscle cramps. If you are working out intensely, a protein shake with bananas in it will certainly benefit you.

There are two ways you can create a smoothie-like drink with bananas. The first way is to add ice cubes into your blender. Don't add too much ice, or it will become an ice-blended drink. The second way is to freeze the bananas and then add the frozen banana into the blender.

You need only to add one frozen banana to your blender for a great tasting milk protein shake.

Here's a quick recap of the ingredients you need.

1) Milk.
2) 2 or 2 scoops of protein powder.
3) 1 banana with ice cubes or 1 frozen banana.

Tips For Banana Tree Care

Keeping the banana plant sheltered from extreme cold air is a significant component of appropriate banana tree care. This is because any chill air and fluctuations can cause damage to the banana. For outdoor banana plants, a sheltered spot must be chosen. High wind can tear apart the banana leaves.

The rhizome of the banana can appear as very productive if appropriate banana tree care is provided. Limiting the quantity of pseudo stems to the amount of three is a good idea if you are aiming to produce more bananas. It is better to have a single big pseudo stem, one intermediate range pseudo stem and individual little pseudo stem that is grown simultaneously. A razor-sharp knife is needed for cutting the pseudo stems that will appear otherwise.

If you want the banana tree to grow quickly, you need to supply sufficient and good quality of fertilizers. You have to select a fertilizer that is enriched with potassium, but has relatively low nitrogen. Organic elements are good alternatives to chemical fertilizers.

An important point is to take some additional banana tree care during the time of occurrence of flowers. When they start coming out, cutting the stems of the flowering is important. The place where the flowers are not coming out should be cut off. For next four to six weeks, the 'hands' of the banana must be cut.

You also have to keep track of the time of the week when the bananas have stopped growing. When it stops growing, you need to wait 4-6 weeks before cutting of the stalk of the banana from the body of the tree. You should try your best to cut the stalk as close as possible or you can also cut it from the banana plant's absolute top position.

Chiquita - Bananas Over Terrorism

Many people benefit from the production lines of Chiquita- one of the leading producers and sellers of bananas. The company has just recently undergone some extreme controversy- funding terrorism with their own pockets. Who would have thought that a banana could carry so much weight, power and fear. And the protection racket is still alive and kicking.

The company was reported to have paid Columbian terrorists 'protection' money. The fine so far has been $25 million for the company, who makes about twice that each business period. The terrorist group known as AUC was paid $1.7 million in exchange for 'protection', although it could only be confirmed that they did indeed pay the terrorists between the years 2001 and 2004. It is currently unknown as to whether or not the company is still paying the terrorist group AUC, further investigations are being undertaken to find out more information. Nobody knows even if the investigations themselves are corrupted - such is the state of affairs in powerful circles.

The company has been oddly cooperative - odd simply because of the potential consequences for "grassers.". It claimed the AUC made the threats against workers, and paid the money for the protection of its employees only. This isn't unheard of, as many businesses in the area will get such threats from groups like the AUC.

Not surprisingly, the Chiquita stock fell $.14 at the New York Stock Exchange, the day of the news release. It is expected to continue its downfall until an ultimate decision is made for the company.

Bananas in Performance

Our feelings are far too paradoxical when it comes to bananas. We think bananas are an important food item; at the same time, we enjoy banana jokes. Someone falling over on a banana skin and getting up is slapstick hilarious. We say someone has gone bananas when he doesn't make sense. Joke books and websites teem with banana jokes. For instance:

Observe bananas. They are traffic lights reversed. For bananas green is, "Be patient and wait." Yellow is the right of way. Red is, "Beware, this banana is an alien."

Most banana jokes, however, are not G-rated.

The odd thing is, we also take bananas very seriously, even while we joke about them. Someone as formal as Mr. Greenspan warned the bankers, on September 26, 2005, by saying, "Don't slip on the banana." This was while he mentioned Adam Smith and the free markets.

In computing and website terminology, "banana problem" is the term about badly written and inaccurate conditions or an uncertain situation related to the termination of a program.

During the last decade of the 20th century, bananas were taken so solemnly that Europe versus United States and Banana Republics trade wars cropped up. "Banana Republics" are the banana raising countries in Central America.

Europeans called the banana "Indian Fig" during the fifteenth century and the first shipment of bananas to the United States during the colonial period was at the end of the seventeenth century. Not knowing what to do with a banana, the colonists experimented cooking it with all kinds of meat.

In Hawaii, about a couple of centuries ago, bananas were forbidden to women. If a woman ate a banana, she could be sentenced to death.

There are Banana Islands off the western coast of Africa, because--contrary to the belief that banana cultivation only belongs to tropical and subtropical countries in America--most of the world's banana crops are raised in Africa.

Bananas come in many colors. "The Ice-Cream Banana" is blue, but turns yellow when it ripens. Maroon or purple bananas are called "Red Bananas" and the flesh inside their skin is pink.

A banana plant is not a tree, although we call it that. It is a monster herb with huge, elongated, flat leaves and orange or purple colored flowers. Inside the trunk of a banana plant is a white tube that is edible when cooked.

We place bananas all around us as entertainment, even in songs. Remember the calypso "Banana Boat Song" and Woody Allen's movie, "Bananas"?

In our house, we buy so many bananas and so often that our grocer probably thinks we are hiding monkeys as pets. An almost daily statement in our kitchen is: "No breakfast (or lunch) for me. I'm in a hurry. I'll just grab a banana."

A banana finds its true sweet flavor when it ripens and the skin turns brownish. Aside from eating the banana as fruit, we make deserts from it such as banana splits, banana pudding, and banana bread.

What we call banana bread is not bread but a not-too-sweet cake, best when served with the afternoon tea. Here is what I put inside my banana bread:

about two and a half cups of flour (whole wheat and unbleached white mixed)

a pinch of salt

baking powder

2 eggs or their equivalent of Egg-Beaters

about ¾ cup of light brown sugar

less than half a cup of corn oil (butter would taste better if you aren't worried about cholesterol)

three or four mashed bananas, when the fruit is brownish on the outside and softened inside the peel

chopped walnuts, coconuts, or almonds added as variety to taste

Enjoy your bananas. They play an important part in our lives.

Banana Nut Muffins

These banana nut muffins are not overly sweet, but are honest and wholesome in that they contain nuts, banana and whole wheat which are obviously good for you.

I often have bananas that have become over-ripe and find myself looking for banana recipes because I just can not throw them away, I'd rather use them and make something delicious to eat. I have recently discovered that I can freeze ripe bananas and use them when I need some which I find incredibly handy.

Banana muffins are always a hit in my home and this muffin recipe is rather delicious. My children enjoy them very much.

Banana Nut Muffin Recipe:
Makes about 12 regular sized muffins

Ingredients:

* 250ml (1c) bran
* 250ml (1c) whole wheat flour
* 5ml (1t) baking powder
* pinch of salt
* 30ml (2T) sugar
* 125ml (1/2c) chopped nuts of your choice
* 2 bananas, mashed
* 250ml (1c) low fat milk
* 1 egg
* 60ml (1/4c) vegetable oil

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degC (350 degF).
2. Put all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
3. Spoon the mixture into muffin tray and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.

Cook's Notes:
You can use any nuts you wish. I use mixed nuts and to save time, I don't chop them, but put them into a plastic bag and hammer them gently with a meat mallet until they're crushed to my liking.

I do hope you enjoy making this muffin recipe. It honestly couldn't be quicker or easier to make and will make even the most novice of cooks feel like a champion.

In a large skillet, place the butter and brown sugar. Cook mixture over medium heat until butter is melted and the mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Add banana slices; cook while stirring for a couple of minutes until heated through. Transfer banana mixture to a bowl and cover to keep warm.

Heat the tortillas, one at a time, in the same pan used above. Remove heat tortilla from pan and spoon about 1/2 cup of the pudding mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla. Top the pudding mixture evenly with the banana mixture. Fold in both ends of the tortilla, then roll up. Cut each tortilla, crosswise, in half to make 6 tortilla "crepes".

Place each half, seam side down on a serving plate. Top each half with approximately 1 tablespoon whipped topping before serving immediately.

NOTE: You can also buy ready-to-use crepes if you don't like tortillas.

Dig In: We've Got 5 Diet-Friendly Desserts

Goodbye sweet days of chocolate cake, sayonara my beautiful banana split, farewell my flavorful flan and hasta la vista my scrumptious apple pie. I know we've shared some savory mouthwatering memories together but there's just no room for you in my new balanced healthy diet. It's time for me to buckle down and ignore my sweet tooth from sending me back your way.

Did you know that the word desserts spelled backwards spells stressed? For many of you out there that's exactly what it brings. Trying to stop yourself from your favorite temptations can trigger a terrible amount of tension. It's no wonder that something as delicious as treats can turn into a dieter's worst nightmare.

Put away your handkerchief because it's time to kiss and eat up! You don't have to reach for the sky to get to your pie. It is possible to dig into delicious desserts without damaging your diet. You shouldn't feel restricted from eating foods you enjoy. Depriving yourself will most likely just lead you on the road to dieting disaster when willpower runs out. Instead of giving up your favorite treats, think about what goes in them and use some imagination.

The most common diet destroyers in desserts are dairy and fats. Other nutritional factors to consider may include how much sugar, cholesterol and sodium the product contains. It's important to always check the nutritional facts on the sides of packages. Don't let the words low fat or low carb fool you. It's always good to compare items and read the labels carefully. Make sure you know what you are buying. Simple substitutions can make a world of difference.

An average ice cream bar can contain 180 calories and 12 grams of fat -- not exactly a dieter's friend. And some of the best-known brands are significantly higher than that. A Dove Bar has 350 calories and 22 grams of fat, while the new Breyer's Magnum Bars pack 14 grams of saturated fat (20 grams total fat) each!

What's the alternative, you ask? How about a rich, smooth pudding pop? The store-bought versions average 100 calories and 2 to 3 grams of fat, but you can cut the fat even further and add a little nutrition by making your own.

Susan Burke, eDiets VP of Nutrition Services, says: "You can modify any recipe, especially desserts, to make it healthy. The recipe section on our site can give you great ideas. It can be as simple as using egg whites instead of a whole egg or reducing the amount of sugar in a recipe. If the recipe calls for a cup of sugar, use only one-third cup instead. There are even fat-free chocolate chips so you can replace the full-fat ones.

"However, some desserts are easier to modify then others. For example, it's hard to modify angel food cake because of its high sugar content. But there are sugar substitutes, such as Splenda, that are great for baking. The key to staying healthy is making healthy choices wherever you go. The best thing to do is EXPERIMENT, EXPERIMENT, EXPERIMENT!"

There is nothing wrong with digging into your favorite delights. But even diet-friendly desserts can become hazardous to your waistline. Moderation is the key to enjoying treats every now and then. Remember to always check the serving size. What you eat is important. But understanding how much you're eating is crucial. Creativity is also essential. Try new recipes and satisfy your sweet tooth using sensible substitutions. After all, as Forest Gump once said, "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get."

Here are five deliciously divine desserts that are low in guilt and high on flavor. Go ahead... indulge!

Cider "syrup" is folded into this cake for a rich caramelized flavor.

3 cups sliced peeled cooking apple (such as Braeburn, Rome or McIntosh)

Cooking spray

2-1/2 Tbsp. dry breadcrumbs

1/2 cup stick margarine or butter, softened

Cook five minutes or until sugar dissolves and cider is thick and dark-colored, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool one minute. Stir in 1 tablespoon margarine. Stir in apples; cook 15 minutes over medium-high heat or until the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cool. (If apple mixture hardens, place it over low heat until softened).

3. Coat a 12-cup Bundt pan with cooking spray; dust with breadcrumbs.

4. Combine 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar, 1/2 cup margarine, lemon rind and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until well blended (about five minutes). Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Fold in apple mixture. Pour into prepared pan; bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

5. Combine 1/4 cup cider, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice and vanilla; let stand until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Cool cake in pan five minutes, and pierce with a wooden skewer in several places. Pour cider mixture over cake in pan, and let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and cool completely on a wire rack. Sift powdered sugar over top of cake.

Fixing a Golf Slice - Four Steps to Fix That Banana Ball

Fixing a golf slice can be done when you understand the causes of your slice. I was a person who struggled terribly with a slice to the point where I basically quit golfing for about six months. Don't do what I did and think you can just play through it and get better because chances are you won't.

I was really getting sick and tired of getting beat by my friends and co-workers and just generally not having a whole lot of fun. I know how frustrating a persistent golf slice can be. However, I fixed my slice and you can also. First, let's look at four steps you can use to fix that banana ball.

1. The first key to fixing your golf slice is to determine if you have an issue with your downswing or an issue with your club face at contact. If the problem is on the downswing chances are you have an inside out swing that causes you to push the ball to the right. If the problem is at impact then the club face is open when hitting the ball forcing the ball right.

2. Determine if you have a lever or rotary swing. A rotary swing is one in which you're trying to turn left (for a righty) as fast as you can to create club head speed. While A lever swing is one in which the shoulder rotation is delayed in the downswing as the arms drop and the right hand and forearm are the primary movers of the club through impact.

3. Match your grip to the type of swing you have. After determining I had lever driven swing it became easier to pinpoint why I was slicing the ball. When you pinpoint why you slice, fixing the slice becomes that much easier. If you have a rotary swing your grip should be tighter than someone who has a lever swing. That is why I loosened my grip and instantly shaved seven strokes off my game.

4. Find the slot at the top of your swing. Professional golfers do this better than anyone, they find the slot at the top of the backswing before starting the down swing. This was another problem that I developed that only fueled the slicing fire.

Beneficial Banana For a Beautiful Body

Beauty should not be skin deep only. A beautiful body inside and out shows a good figure and has healthy organs. Bananas can help you achieve that beautiful body.

First of all, it is widely known that bananas have high potassium content. But what is the implication of this? It has great benefits for your bones for it minimizes calcium deficit, thereby also reducing the possibility of developing osteoporosis in the future. Having strong bones can give you good posture, which is important in having a stunning figure. Likewise, dietary fiber can also be provided by bananas, that is why many people who want to lose weight also try to put in a lot of bananas in their regular diet. The fiber allows you to have smoother bowel movements, which is why it is recommended for weight management.

Potassium surely keeps you in good shape. It is also very essential in maintaining a healthy heart and nervous system. According to studies, high potassium intake can lower blood pressure as well as diminish the risk of stroke and kidney stones. Furthermore, bananas are also good for the blood. This fruit assists in preserving proper blood sugar levels through the conversion of carbohydrates into glucose. The body is also sustained in the development of hemoglobin--- a vital ingredient in your blood.

To top it all off, bananas also serve as energy boosters. They do not only taste yummy, but they also contain a protein called tryptophan, which is responsible in improving your mood and making you feel happier. Now you know that being more energetic and cheerful can make you radiant and attractive too.

Bananas are certainly beneficial for a beautiful body, revealed in your marvelous stature and form as well as your hale and hearty body organs. And lastly, a smile on your face brings out an inner beauty that reaches out to others.

American Dessert Banana Ice Cream

Ice cream is often called The Great American Dessert. Find out the history behind ice cream - sundaes and cones. Ice cream structure is both fascinating and confusing. The way we perceive the texture of ice cream when we consume it (smooth, coarse, etc.) is based on its structure, and thus structure is probably one of its most important attributes.

Fried Banana ice cream has been so hot recently that my thoughts have turned to ice cream. Ice cream is about the simplest recipe I know for a cool desert. Smooth, creamy cherry ice cream with heart-shaped chocolate covered cherry candies and a thick chocolate sundae sauce swirl. I have served baked bananas as dessert many times. Slit bananas sprinkled with brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon, baked till soft, served with or without ice cream. That sugary lemony sauce looks and tastes divine, full of the ripeness of bananas. But banana in ice cream sounded intriguing.

The banana ice cream really should be unsweetened. Find high quality chocolate if possible. The result was an ice cream we all allowed ourselves to like. The taste of bananas in ice cream was new to us all, and the garden lemon added an interesting and fragrantly refreshing note. It was concluded a winner!

The banana Ice creams are very taste, however, was quite good. A cheap and easy ice cream recipe without cream: just evaporated milk, skim milk and sugar. I flavored the basic ice cream recipe with vanilla and banana puree to get rid of the evaporated milk taste but feel free to improvise! The pure banana ice creams in a blender or food processor with the lemon juice and the sugar. Please purchase online [http://www.indomunch.com] in NewYork city.
